31bets payments: deposits, withdrawals, limits and fees explained
Before your first deposit at 31bets, it helps to know what you're getting into on the money side rather than the games side. We accept a working set of card, bank and crypto rails, and the minimum stake to open an account is €10 or the equivalent in your currency. What matters more than the minimum is the other end of the process – how much you can take out, how long it takes, and what gets deducted along the way.

Methods and their trade-offs
Funding a 31bets Casino account works through credit card, cryptocurrency, and Skrill. Cryptocurrency deposits sit apart from the others in one practical way: they carry no fixed deposit ceiling, while card and other fiat methods do have a maximum that varies by method.
Funding a method and cashing out through it are not always the same route. Skrill appears on our deposit list, but it doesn't appear among the ways we pay money back out – so treat it as a way in only, not a round trip.

Requesting a payout from 31bets
Withdrawals go out by credit card, the Visa OCT and Mastercard Payment Transfer networks, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. The minimum withdrawal is €50 or the equivalent in your account currency, and there's a condition attached before that request goes anywhere: deposited funds have to be wagered at least once before we'll process a withdrawal against them.
Skip that step and ask to withdraw an unwagered deposit, and we reserve the right to run extended due diligence and refund the deposit minus a transaction fee of up to 20%. Bets placed at odds below 1.30 don't count toward that wagering requirement either, so a string of short-priced favourites won't clear it.
The wait, explained
Deposits post to your balance promptly once payment is confirmed – that part is quick regardless of method. The gap is on the way out: bank transfers typically take up to three business days, and cryptocurrency withdrawals generally clear faster than that. These are the windows we state, not a guarantee attached to any individual payout.
A refund request, where one applies, works on a different clock. Confirmation can take up to seven business days, and once a refund is actually approved, it's finalised within 48 hours of that approval.

Caps, fees and currency at 31bets
Anything over the monthly €/$15,000 ceiling isn't refused outright – it may be paid out in monthly instalments instead, so a large win doesn't necessarily land in one transfer. A handful of specific fees sit alongside those caps and are worth knowing before they catch you out.

Proving who you are before a payout
Identity verification at 31bets is triggered by your first withdrawal, not by registration itself. We'll ask for one valid photo ID – a passport, a photo driving licence, or a national identity card – and a proof of address if your ID doesn't already show one, dated within the last six months.
